This island of the ocean Indian is a building of the nature. Here, exoticism meets the exceptional : an alliance measured out between an impressive biodiversity and an unique beauty. This island is a haven for the plants and rare animals, endemic but also in decline : orchids, baobabs, amphibian, lemurs… It is also in the heart of these lands that the nature chose to erect some of its most beautiful successes : the tropical forests, the seas of emerald broadsided of golden beaches, the tsingy and other majestic landscapes. The ecotourism is in the air of the time and the Big Island and its protected areas will follow the wave.  The Madagascar destination takes its takeoff. From 1999 to 2007, the number of tourists increased to 44,5% and more of the half of these visitors have been seduced by the Malagasy ecotourism. However, the Isalo, Andasibe, Ranomafana, Ankarana, the Amber Mountain, Bemaraha and Ankarafantsika keep the charts of the most frequented national parks.

Our welcome

Madagascar National Parks and the ministry in charge of the Tourism to guide the visitors. Thanks to this formation, the network of the protected areas managed by Madagascar National Parks has a national standard concerning tourist welcome. These guides and agents cleared the gate of the languages, master the techniques of guidance, appropriated the circuits and their secrets. Nothing escapes to them: the rare pearls of the fauna and flora; history and the regional culture, the memorials of the big sovereigns to the popular anecdotes …and these are precious nuggets that make the ideal recipe of one successful visit. Our unique ticket window

To facilitate your visit, Madagascar National Parks put an unique ticket window in place to buy and to withdraw the tickets of entry to inquire, the circuits, the guidance, the renting of the areas of camping and facilities. The other benefits and activities, different according to the protected areas, are also presented to the unique ticket window of the site. 

Our circuits

The circuits have been drawn so that every visit is an exploration. Security, comfort, adventures and discoveries are to the appointment. The whole range of circuits, of the simplest to the most elaborate, offers luck to leave to the meeting of the nature. The circuits have been thought so that the amateurs, the sportsmen, the enthusiasts or the curious can appreciate their visit of our parks and natural reserves.

Our lodging

Areas of picnic and camping have been arranged to the heart of the national parks and reserves. The setting in concession of lands in the zones of service of the protected areas to the setting in concession, institutional part - goes soon considerably to improve the welcome of the tourists. They will benefit from ecologies, bungalows and lodgings of stage that combines ecology with well-being.
